Documents required for Admission in Sweden

  • Matric and Intermediate photocopies, (attested by IBCC).
  • Photocopies of Bachelor and Master Degrees with Result Cards, (attested by H.E.C)
  • Copy of IELTS/TOEFL OR English Proficiency Letter from your last College/University, indicating that the medium of instruction was in English.
  • 2 Recommendations letters from your last College or University professors.
  • Work experience letter
  • Purpose statement (Why you wish to Study in Sweden)
  • Copy of Passport (if you have)
  • Complete CV

You can apply online at studera, a centralized application system for nearly all universities in Sweden.

How to apply

  1. First of all go to 'Your Pages' at 'Studera' website and create a Free User Account with no Swedish Civic Registration Number
  2. After creating your user account, go to 'Search for Courses' and select Autumn Term 2009 and Search for the courses and/or study programmes you would like to apply for via the search engine Course search.
  3. Click on 'Add' for the study programmes you are interested in and place them in your basket. Click on 'To application' to create an application in your name.
  4. Rank the selected study programmes in order of preference.
  5. Click on 'Send application' and print a cover sheet as instructed.

Sign the cover sheet, enclose all supporting documents and send the application to:

NB! Applications sent by fax or e-mail will not be considered. This also applies for online applications without supporting documentation.

Sign the cover sheet

You must sign the cover sheet before submitting your application. Applications without a signed cover sheet will be discarded.
Please make sure to sign your cover sheet before despatching your application package. Master's applications missing the signature of the applicant will invariably be rejected.
